Shipping your orders *

Deliveries are entrusted to carriers selected by ITAFRAN for the quality of their services:

• Express same-day shipment and next-day delivery for orders received by 7pm (D+1).

• Courier guaranteed departure within 72 hours (D+3).

The carrier is automatically selected according to the weight of the items in your basket:

Express : items weighing less than 30 kg are sent by Fedex or Chronopost depending on your selection, up to a maximum of 116 kg (i.e. 4 parcels of 29 kg) per order. Beyond this limit, or in the case of items weighing more than 30 kg, we will select Schenker's TOP13 service.

Courier : items weighing less than 30 kg are sent by DPD according to your selection, up to a limit of 116 kg (i.e. 4 parcels of 29 kg) per order. Beyond this limit, or in the case of items weighing more than 30 kg, we will select the Schenker carrier.

AVAILABILITY OF YOUR ORDERS ON THE PLATFORM

The platform counter is open from Monday to Friday, every morning from 8:00 to 12:00. The persons you have duly authorized can receive your orders under the following conditions:

1) Delivery times

H0: within minutes of your order (over €50)

H4: within 4 hours of your order (sur. €25)

Next morning for orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. the previous day

H0 and H4 deliveries can be accepted in the afternoon.

2) Package inspection

The recipient must check the nature, quality and quantity of the goods and packaging. Once they have been removed, the parcels will be deemed to be in conformity with the Delivery Note(s) and no subsequent claim will be accepted.

3) Security procedures

• Visitors do not have access to the platform and must remain within the perimeter of the counter
