Features
Ideal for single-rail applications. PE series linear guides are wide-rail miniature guides. Thanks to the wide rail, load capacity is high against load moments in the direction of travel.
Motion performance
The new recirculation component facilitates the circulation of steel balls.
Lightweight
The ball bearing slide is manufactured to be around 20% lighter than that of the LE series, thanks to the application of resin to part of its body.
Noise reduction
Resin components applied in the ball circulation circuits reduce collision noise between the steel balls and the inner wall of the circulation circuits.
Excellent dust protection
Designed to minimize the gap between the side of the rails and the inner walls of the slide, and prevent foreign bodies from entering the ball bearing slide. The structure is designed to prevent the generation of dust.
High resistance to corrosion
Highly corrosion-resistant martensitic stainless steel is incorporated as standard to provide excellent corrosion resistance.
Easy to handle
The safety design includes a retaining device that prevents the steel balls from coming out of the ball bearing slide, even when it is removed from the rail.
