Gaskets

The bearings can be equipped with several types of seals: Felt seals are particularly suitable for grease lubrication, They consist of an adapter with an oil-soaked felt strip. Labyrinth seals provide a non-rubbing seal. They are therefore suitable for high speeds. The labyrinth seal can be relubricated if necessary. For this purpose, a grease hole must be made in the upper part of the bearing for each labyrinth seal. The optimum positions are indicated by moulded reference points.
